Input Formats
Description of input-formats for measurement values
VANTED currently supports two types of input templates. These input files are both in the Excel XLS format. For data input it is possible to use MS-Excel, but also other spreadsheet applications which support the XLS format, such as OpenOffice or Gnumeric.
The purpose of this input file is the storage of measurement values, e. g. metabolite data or gene expression data.
