Session Information
The Session Information section of the tab contains two areas. In the left area, you find some genereal information about the model. This includes its name, the number of reactions and metabolites that are contained in the model, and as soon as a decomposition has been computed, the number of subsystems.
The right area is used to show some detailed information interactively. As soon as the overview graph has been constructed, you can select either one of its nodes or one of its edges. If a node has been selected, the right area shows the name of the corresponding subsystem and the number of metabolites and reactions that are contained in this particular subsystem (see the upper figure). If instead an edge has been selected, the right area shows the names of the two subsystems that are connected by this edge and a list of interface metabolites that constitute this connection (see the lower figure).
The interactive information panel is in this case intended to assist you with the selection of subsystems for further investigation in the subsystems view.
